Admission Process

We welcome students to become a part of the Mata Draupadi Namdhari Guru Gobind Singh Public School family. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and based on merit and seat availability.

Step 1

Collect the School Brochure & Admission Form from the school fee counter.

Step 2

Submit the duly filled application form with all required documents.

Step 3

Appear for the Admission Test/Interaction as per the notified schedule.

Step 4

Selected candidates complete admission formalities and begin their academic journey.

Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Character Certificate
  • Class X Marksheet (For Class XI Admission)
  • Migration Certificate (If applicable)
  • Requests for change in Name or Date of Birth will not be accepted after admission.

Age Eligibility

Class Age Criteria
Pre-Nursery 2½ – 3½ Years
Nursery 3½ – 4½ Years
Prep 4½ – 5½ Years

Admission Test Pattern

  • Pre-Nursery: Parent & Child Interaction.
  • English: Alphabets, colours, fruits, vegetables, birds, animals, flowers, body parts, nursery rhymes.
  • Hindi: Basic language recognition.
  • Mathematics: Numbers (1-100), counting, basic shapes.

  • Picture Reading
  • Sentence Formation
  • Concepts: On, In, Under, Behind, In Front Of
  • Counting, Backward Counting
  • Number Names (1-20)
  • Missing Numbers, Before, After & Between

Admission Test includes:
  • English
  • Hindi
  • Mathematics
  • General Studies (Science & Social Science)

Students qualifying the written examination will be invited for an interview.

Important Notes
  • Admission is strictly subject to seat availability.
  • Admission dates, interviews, and aptitude test schedules will be displayed on the School Notice Board.
  • All Class XI applicants must appear for an Aptitude Test followed by an Interview.
  • Students leaving Class XI after June must pay tuition fees for the entire academic session.
